(1) The Government of Nepal may approve or disapprove any or all tenders submitted or any or all bids submitted in accordance with the notice published under section 5, without showing any reason or not.
However, when settling a contract for an amount -
(a) If the person who agrees to pay the amount as revenue is one hundred and one-half times less than what he agrees to pay in installments and up to three hundred and three times less than what he agrees to pay in installments. (3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-sections (1) and (2), the Government of Nepal may, if it deems fit, retain the tenders or bids of the previous tenderers or bids, invite re-tenders or increase or decrease them. can also and according to that, after considering the next tender or bid and the previous tender or bid, it may settle the contract with the previous or the last tenderer or bidder.
